This recipe is based on a North African stew. It’s a perfect blend of all things veg with tomatoes, carrots, sweet potatoes, herbs and spices.
We chose to use quinoa and chickpeas as our protein source because chickpeas have a great flavour, whilst having a high nutritional value.
Organic Sweet potato (27%), Organic Tomato (23%), Organic Carrot (20%), Organic Cooked quinoa (18%), Orgnaic Cooked Chickpeas (10%), Oragnic Cumin Seed, Organic Garlic, Organic Coriander Seed.
