CREAMY SALMON AND VEGETABLE PASTA

INGREDIENTS
- Makes 1 little and 1 large portion
- 2 Mugs pasta of your choice
- ½ Broccoli, broken into florets
- 150g Frozen peas
- 1 Cooked salmon fillet, flaked and checked for bones
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese or greek yoghurt
- 1 Babease Stage 1 Butternut squash, carrot and broccoli
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Grated cheese of choice to serve
METHOD

1 Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. During the last 4 minutes of cooking, add the broccoli and peas to the boiling water. Drain

2 Add the Babease Butternut squash stage 1 to the pan with the soft cheese, stir well to create a creamy sauce.

3 Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until everything is heated through.

4 Remove from heat and let it cool slightly before serving.
