BERRY GOOD SMOOTHIE

This combination might sound a little different, but it tastes amazing. The sharp berries are full of vitamin C while the tahini and nut butter add a lovely nuttiness, not to mention a good dose of iron and thiamin.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1⁄4 cup coconut milk
  • 1⁄2 cup almond milk (any nut milk will do)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries (add a few ice cubes if using fresh berries)
  • 1 tbsp cashew nut butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1⁄2 tsp tahini

METHOD

  1. Place all the ingredients into the blender and start the blender on low, increasing the speed to high until you have a smooth mix.
  2. Add more honey to taste if you fancy!
