Full of Omegas 3 & 6, iron, magnesium, calcium and B vitamins, this is a wonderful breakfast or snack to have in your cupboard. Try it sprinkled on yogurt, porridge or even icecream (or even nibble on it in between meals!).
INGREDIENTS
- 60g puffed quinoa
- 50g coconut flakes
- 60g flaked almonds
- 40g flaxseeds
- 90g pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 50g nuts of your choice
METHOD
- Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a jar... as simple as that! It will stay fresh for up to 1 month.
