VEG-LED BREAD
INGREDIENTS
- Stage 1 Babease Parsnip Carrot and Kale Pouch
- 150g flour (min), preferably wholegrain
- 200g carrots, grated
- 2 eggs
- 1 courgette, thinly sliced and quartered
- 1 tsp of dried parsley, fresh basil and dried oregano
- 1 celery stick, finely chopped
- ½ onion, diced
- A small handful of cheddar cheese
- A handful of fresh spinach, chopped
METHOD
Leave to cool in the tin, then slice and serve with delicious homemade hummus
